Meet our co-founder Joshua Adebayo. He is currently a Physiotherapist at Crystal Palace football club and also runs a clinic in central London specialising in musculoskeletal injuries.

Joshua has over 10 years of experience working as a Chartered Physiotherapist from dealing with professional athletes to treating patients with lower back pain. He has good relationships with Europe’s best surgeons and has worked with them to provide extensive rehabilitation programs, taking clients from Day 1 after surgery right the way through to their return to sport or work.
