"I was referred here by my insurance company after I went looking for a second opinion. I met with Josh who was just utterly brilliant. After just 8 sessions he really sorted me out. Other than more superlatives, I'm not sure what else I can say. Highly recommended!"

Patient Review

"After a few sessions my Achilles and shoulder injuries have recovered.

I was even given some complementary acupuncture. Couldn't recommend more. Will be back in touch for any future requirements."

"Great experience - went in with a persistent shoulder injury but helped me get back to full strength in one course of sessions. Thorough diagnosis, practical and evolving exercise plan, really communicative team - highly recommended!

Our Insurance Partners

We are recognised by the following health insurers, meaning you can claim through them for our services. To start the process click 'Enquire Now' below or if you're booking self-funded, click 'Book Now'.

  • Follow up services are essential for your road to recovery, they allow for you and us to track your progression, and make any necessary changes to your rehabilitation plan.

During this time we will discuss your journey so far and receive further interventions to help with your progression.

This is a vital part of rehabilitation as this is where we can guide you to prevent further injury or progress you closer to full fitness.

  • We typically advise patients to book an initial consultation first as initial consultations occur in person and allow us to better assess and diagnose your injury. From there we are better able to provide the best rehabilitation procedures and interventions. Alternatively online consultations can also be beneficial for you in obtaining the information you need to aid your recovery. Head over to our services where you can learn more and choose the right one for you, feel free to contact us for further support.

  • If you have any medical information from your GP or specialists (scans, prior consultation information etc.) feel free to bring these along as this may be helpful in assessing your injury and formulating a plan.

  • A follow up appointment is always recommended as this helps you and us to track your progression as well as make any changes to your plan if necessary. The decision is completely yours whether or not to book a follow up, but again it is strongly advised.

  • We require 48 hours notice before appointment cancellation, failure to do so will incur a £40 cancellation fee payable before re-booking.

Late arrival may result in your appointment being rescheduled for later in the day or another day so please get in touch with us via Contact Us for more information or queries you may have.
