Terms & Conditions

The following details the terms and conditions on which apply to the services we, Imperium Physiotherapy Clinic, provide. The exact services as stated for each service will be provided, in some cases, where applicable, we will apply additional therapeutic techniques as seen fit to help with your injury. All patients must first start with a initial consultation / assessment before selecting any follow us sessions. In the case you have booked a online consultation, if you then choose to be assessed in person an initial consultation will need to be picked prior to any follow ups.

1. Sessions

We will provide you with a rehabilitative plan, if necessary, and use physiotherapy knowledge & techniques to help you progress. We strongly suggest, depending on the extent of the injury, to book a follow up to ensure you are able to stay on track and we can update the rehab plan if needs be. Follow ups will need to be booked by you (the patient) or in some cases if agreed, practitioner will book these sessions in for you.

2. Assignments

We may set you assignments / homework to be completed between sessions. You are not obligated to complete these, however please bear in mind, that completing this assignments will be a massive help to your progression.

3. Payment

Our main payment transaction method is via credit/debit card, however we also accept cash or cheque. In applicable cases we will send out invoices (missed payment, agreed payment etc.)

4. Cancellations

We operate on a scheduled appointment basis. When cancelling an appointment, we require all customers to provide more than 24 hours notice to the scheduled time. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of £20 may be required before rebooking.

If we cancel, which may occur if for example; a staff member is sick, or a session has run over, you will be fully refunded and a reschedule date will be agreed upon. On agreement please go proceed to pay and rebook.
